Week 3; Day 4

Just a little note of encouragement for all of you....What I am finding hard is getting in my fruits! I get my veggies just fine in my protein shakes..I guess I can add fruit to those as well!..Anyway, I found (again, used to eat it all the time) how much I LOVE peanut butter and apples with a little sea salt on them OR cantaloupe and prosciutto wrapped around it..Summer Foods are so GOOD!

Updated a rule..Updated Friends..and prizes

Several people have asked about the soda thing...I updated it so go ahead and read the FAQ's again..

Also, make sure that I have your email/or make sure you are a follower on this so you get the updates of anything.

You do not have to think of a prize right away, just make sure you let me know at least 4 weeks into it and if you have to change it that is fine also..

I am excited to be doing this. I have several friends that have done something like this and it has grown to be really fun and such a supportive way to start getting healthy and start doing something for ourselves.

I know that the first couple of days; even weeks will be hard; however the more we do it and the fact that we all have a goal will keep us going.

Read thru the tabs to learn more about this little challenge. This blog will make it possible for us to get to know each other and then also so support each other. Anyone can post recipes, ideas, and your feelings whether down or up.
