We will be starting a new round March 4 and ending May 20th.  That will be 12 weeks!

I am going to add something new this year and for those who dedicate to it and make it thru the 12 weeks; there will be something special!! 

There needs to be at least 10 people.  Rules are the same so please read up on those.  When you finally decide on your donated prize let me know and I will add it to the list!

The 'free' days are St. Paddy's Day, Easter, Mother's Day and your Birthday.  If your birthday doesn't fall into the 12 weeks; pick another free day. 

Email me and ask if you do not understand the point system etc...

Final Week!!!!

Alright Ladies!!
We are in the final week of this.  I hope that all of you have made the changes that you have wanted.  It has been a long time.  Or maybe its just me!!

I have enjoyed doing this again and always notice wear I fall short when I am not concentrating on things..
I am proud of all of you and no how hard each of you work as mom/wives/sisters/daughters!  You all are amazing and I am a better person for having you in my life.

After this last week we will add up points again and choose the way we did last time..

Week 7

We are on to Week 7...More then half way there!!!!  I hope you all are seeing the changes in your life as well as your health..

The challenge a couple of weeks ago was a moutain calimber/situp/plank combo..  The only one to try this that I know of was Valerie Spencer, who is Jamie's Daughter.  (she's 12 so keep that in mind:))  She finished it in 12 minutes and change!  Awesome work Val.  And I bet you didn't hurt as much as I did:)!!!

This week the challenge is:

100 meter sprint (run as fast as you can)
15 bench jumps (at the park or you can find a box or a short wall somewhere..at least 15-20 inches)
10 pushups
5 burbees

Go for 15 minutes and let me know how many rounds you completed!!

Let's finish strong ladies!!  Very proud of you!!

Week 4

Hey Gals,

I am so sorry for the delay in points this week.  With the passing of my sweet Grandfather it has been hectic.
Please check and see if I have yours correct and let me know what they are if I don't have them.

I just want to let all of you know how pleased I am to get messages about the successes that are happening with all of you.  Weather it is a passed over 2nd treat, running and not having your lungs on fire:), fitting into something that you haven't in a while;   know that you are making the changes to become not just healthy on the outside but also on the inside.

I can promise you that when you take care of yourself and do something just for you on a daily basis; it makes you a better wife, mother, and person.  Never lose the fact the you all are still individuals.
 You all are amazing.  REMEMBER THAT!
