Week 3; Day 4

Just a little note of encouragement for all of you....What I am finding hard is getting in my fruits! I get my veggies just fine in my protein shakes..I guess I can add fruit to those as well!..Anyway, I found (again, used to eat it all the time) how much I LOVE peanut butter and apples with a little sea salt on them OR cantaloupe and prosciutto wrapped around it..Summer Foods are so GOOD!
